As I have mentioned before, Bobby Schilling's actions tend not to match his words and has been a big disapointment in many ways. In the last election cycle I thought that he was vulnerable to a challenge from his right because, while he preached lower spending, he often either voted for additional spending or missed opportunities to reduce spending.
